Hello and welcome to Casuccio Gallery's Museum Collection. After 31 excursions to Cuba in the last 6 ½ years I John Casuccio boast one of the largest collections of contemporary Cuba art worldwide representing over 100 artists. Here are a few of the artists that I have acquired. Julian Morales has a museum named after him in Camaguey Cuba. He was born in 1937 and died in 1990. As you will see I have a huge collection of his work numbering almost 80 pieces. N. Olonsa Diaz was a Spanish born painter who lived in Cuba and painted these two masterpieces during the 1920’s. “The Two Sisters” Arturo Regueiro is part of Cuba’s avant-garde painters; he was a naïve artist with exceptional notoriety. The two pieces by Joel Besmar I acquired from the museum in Cameguey, Cuba. In these two he used the theme of Gulliver’s Travels, the large one being an exceptional masterpiece. Angel Collado is Cuban born and now resides in the USA. Hector Molne was born in 1937 in Cuba, he now resides in Costa Rica. He's sold extensively through Sotheby’s and Christie’s. |
